Recommended Posts

Username (in-game): Jake.

Suggestion (short description):

Community input regarding requirements for Trimmed Comp.

Why (explain what this will benefit, and how):

New HARD TO ACCESS content that will keep players wanting more!

Details (a more thorough explanation of the above):

The Completionist Cape (t) shows not only the elite status of a player, but their dedication to the game. Thus making this a necessary addition to the game. Although without help from YOU, the players; we are limited in what we can offer... Please help us help you!

Completion of all achievements (some need fixing I believe), quests competed (also one needs fixing) I’ll think of some more and post them!

Very nice - let's build on this.

I still believe that this cape should only go to those that are truely dedicated to rs/ely and are willing to put in hour to get an amazing achievement.

Therefore I believe comp t should require a player to be 5B total exp, all achievements unlocked, a stupid amount of bosses killed (10k total kills), 2k ckeys, Open 1k caskets

so if we do it thats the type of stuff I want to see.

oh and SUPPORTEDDDDDDDDDDDDD

level 120/104m exp in all skills

This ^, With legend accounts in mind adding a 5b xp requirement pretty much just destroys the chance for any regular player playing legend to get the cape. Perhaps a 5b xp cape in future instead?

Yeah I understand 5b is obv "impossible" for legend. Was thinking maybe a work around for that. Someone to code in something different like 1B total for legends or something.

Wouldnt complain about 5B cape doe

200m all requirement for non-legend, 104m xp all for legend?

I'd be fine if 104m in each skill, maybe 200m for dung?. Legends (and each kind of Ironman,) could have their own special version of the cape with the same exp requirements.

With that said I'd like to suggest an increase to dung exp rates. Or at the very least, an increase in tokens.

Awesome job from jake! This looks perfect for comp t reqs and would love to see it :)

Just a couple i think need changing/removing

Battle royal: Thats a hell of a lot of games to get all rewards from the shop, especially with the amount of players doing it and some not even liking it at all.

All rewards from dung shop: Some items in there are simply useless to even obtain and wouldn't even want to do that? maybe just stick with the chaotics.

Also just a note for this, to say this does come into the game would the stats/kills/unlocks already be completed for the requirements? since probably most people have already gotten a fair few kills etc, it would kinda of suck to redo a lot of these.

I can see where you come from, and I agree. I will change to chaotics only, and make the battle royale disappear!

I'm sure we could take your current kill log thing and read from that, so whatever your stats are on the NPC Kill log can be used for the new requirements.

I think this base is good to start from Jake, good stuff

I'm not too enthusiastic over a crazy amount of kills for most bosses. Maybe we could just have a check for each of their unique drops? Save for bosses like Nex, as that'd be a bit too crazy.

edit: I'm more in favor of a goal to achieve opposed to a mindless grind.

Ely needs a good big grind tbh, it’s something to do for a long time which I think a lot of players would love to have, maxing and even comping is not all that long, so I think this would be perfect!

Comp T should be a grind. Always should be. Ive said many times Comp T needs to be the cape for the most dedicated and hard working players.

This Cape shouldnt be a cape that anyone can get. Its something that should achieved and have a meaning to do. Normal Comp Cape isnt hard to get and doesnt really have and stand out value. Comp T Cape should be a Cape only a few player have and players know that they have worked hard for that cape.
