As it currently stands, you do not need any required level to be able to add a Draconic Visage to an Anti-Dragon Shield. Screenshots, if possible: It was not possible to get a screenshot of this. Detailed Explaination: Detailed explanation can be found above. Fixing this would give people with 90 Smthing an alternative moneymaking method by offering their services.
