Add a method to speed up tanning dragonhide

Camels boy quest allows you to clean and make unf pots from noted materials. There is a donor benefit to make noted logs into planks. Whether this be through a quest, donor perk, or is just available, it would be nice to tan noted dragonhides in some fashion.

Agreed, though we do have the tan leather spell, it's not that much faster than running to the tanner then banking + repeating @ skill.

Sounds like Opoxi/Winter will be writing us up a new quest

Just so you know, since I'm not sure how many people actually know.

You can use the tan hide option on the lunar spell book which tans 5 hides at one time.
