I think it's very unfair since it takes a while to get them and to update them. I would love to see an option to choose which item you'd like to keep on death. Sometimes even a log is saved over very expensive gear. Yeah we'll find a way to adjust this. We've recently started adding more correct GP values to items that are high in value. It's a work in progress since there is thousands of items to be corrected so we're kind of doing it on the fly but will try to correct this.
