In RS3 capes of achievement have an option to attach their corresponding hood to the cape to make a hooded version (WHICH LOOKS DOPE)!!! I have suggested this before but it got lost somewhere within the internet. Now its probably gunna take abit of work considering I cannot find a 718 RSPS that has these...
