Why (explain what this will benefit, and how): Would benefit everyone. Other Notes (if applicable): Effigies in their current state have been replaced by the uncommon Large XP Lamp drop. I propose to make the drop rate a little more generous, and to replace them with effigies. They are fully coded on this souce. The only reason they were removed initially is because of a game mode (easy - x500 xp) that no longer exists. Please bring back effigies as they allow you to train more than one skill and should be in the game anyways.
