I can confirm one such method of the "Attempting to Kick/Ban user from this friends chat" message is when a Moderator+ uses an Elite Clue Scroll on a Looting bag. The PM Issue is 100% still occurring despite the latest update, and I had the 'Ignore list if full' message pop up today meaning that issue is still persistent.
