ThatGrayFox 1 Posted September 19, 2020 Share Posted September 19, 2020 I've had this bug happen to me at least three times, and the last time was while fighting Cerberus, so I died and lost a lot of shit on my iron. Basically what happens is sometimes when attacking and switching between tabs with an f-key, all user input will be disabled, and you're forced to sit there and watch yourself either 1.) die because you can't switch prayers, eat, or move or 2.) kill the thing and die when it spawns back in. This is an ultimately game-breaking bug and needs to be fixed immediately. After it happens, you have to restart the client in order for it to work again, and when you start the client back up, the saved login actually doesn't work anymore (although your info is shown on the inputs). you have to type your info back in to log back in. I've tried replicating it to figure out exactly how to reproduce, and I've intentionally made it happen once. I teleported to ::metal where I could attack black demon (strong enough to kill me with everything unequipped, but long enough of a boxing match where I could actually test it for a longer period of time). While attacking it, I spammed the absolute shit out of the F-keys and mouse just in an attempt to get the error to happen. After about 40 seconds, it did. I restarted the client, logged back in, and went to try it again just to see if I noticed any similarities. I tried again for 5 minutes and couldn't get it to happen again. I hope you have better luck finding this issue and resolving it very soon. I don't see myself doing crazy bosses in instances any time soon with this existing in the game. Seems to happen when you use F-keys with another input, or multiple F-keys, but like you, I'm also not able to intentionally replicate the issue.
