Some Bank Bugs + Suggestion

Here are some general things I found buggy with the bank:

1. If you spam click to withdraw the last item (or the series of last items) in a tab, it'll end up withdrawing the first item in the next tab as well.
2. The bank doesn't save your organization method.  I use insert and need to switch it to insert every time.
3. When moving an item from one tab to another, it'll always use the swap method regardless of organization method selected.

One additional suggestion I have would be to add an option to automatically use placeholders or not and remove the placeholder-per-item method.  I've gotten used to this, though, and my bank is pretty much setup how I want it (for now).

Spam click bug has been fixed, insert/swap saving was fixed in a previous update and insert between tabs is not allowed for complexity reasons.
