Cleint Crash - HC loss

Hey admins, i was wondering if there was a way to get my hc status back? as my client crashed, not due to my computer as it top of the range, i've provided a small amount of proof of me talking in in discord chat just before i was killed by bandos when my client froze, https://gyazo.com/ec957ce436de258f1f25ad5b5d26f1dd
