Skotizo & Dark Totems

Hello all,

Currently we have to use 1 Dark Totem on the Altar in the middle of the Catacombs to initiate the fight with Skotizo, it's instanced and we have to teleport out after the kill.

I have a few quality of life suggestions and I will list them below. Please note they are all separate suggestions but with the same idea in mind.

  1. Allow us to use 1-5 Dark Totems on the Altar to initiate an instance where we will be able to fight 1-5 Skotizo one after the other. (Same respawn timer as gwd bosses)
    After all are killed, we have to teleport out as normal and use more dark totems to initiate a new instance.
     
  2. Add a replica Altar within the Skotizo instance where we can use another Dark Totem to re-initiate the fight. (This will allow more than the cap of 5 suggested above)
     
  3. Add a right click 'consume' option to Dark Totems, when used within the instance it will initiate a new fight with Skotizo. (Similar to option two, but changes the totem instead of adding an altar)

If any of the above changes were made it will eliminate the need to teleport out and then teleport back to the altar. Most players do multiple Skotizo kills without banking or using the healer at home and it will just make it quicker to knock out those kills.

As it's instanced, ancient donators can't use the bank command, so there is no unfair advantage in that respect to allowing more Skotizo kills per instance.

Please let me know your general thoughts.

I think those are WONDERFUL ideas. Having to teleport home, grab another totem, and tele back really slows up killing skotizo. All 3 are good ideas, but I think option number 2 would be the most practical. Really hope this gets implemented.

Option number 2 is actually the least viable because of the issues that will arise with pathing and safe spotting. Option 3 seems easiest so I'll support that one

Number 1 is the most productive IMO since carrying multiple totems into the boss area would defeat the purpose a bit. I haven't fought skotizo yet but the idea is to be able to fight him more than once in the same instance to save time. More totems means less inventory space for the fights. I can see a potential problem though with dying or teleing out any time before the remaining totems are used. The totems would be lost if there's nowhere for them to go. I would suggest revising the number 1 to specifying how many totems you want to add and the boss spawning uses up one of those totems.
