Dungeoneering

Recommended Posts

since the primal weaponry has already been discussed im not going to adress stats or details of them in here. note: i think they should be added untradeable, with a very high repair cost).

currently im busy with the comp cape grind ( wanna finish it before comp cape (t) comes). one of the biggest parts of comp cape is 120 dung. as im writing this im at 106 dung and already bored to death. its a very tideous grind with nothing to work towards beside the comp cape requirement. i think adding a game option for your points would fix this.

the gamble option woud cost you 1 million dungeoneering points and give you a chance for the following:

1/40 very rare :primal weapons

1/25 rare: primal armour ( i would place it between grae and torva), primal recharge token?.

1/10 common: choatic recharge token, dungeoneering lamp(s) (other stuff which you can use for dung weaponry).

and some stuff as a addition to fill up.

this gamble option would only be available for 99 dung and above.

i think adding this system would give a more meaningfull grind to dung and something to do with your dung point(s).  i hope to hear your opinions about this method.

btw: dont comment primal will be easy obtainable. to be certain of one primal weapon you will need 40 million points, thats 5 to 10k laps ;).

I like the idea, but maby lower the points for a roll. 5-10k laps is a bit to much.(we all know some people's rng*chaotic jr* haha.

500k points for a roll seems nicer.

And maby lower the rate of getting a primal aswell.

I like the idea of getting a primal with a gamble option. Just like barbarian assault minigame game.

There have been a lot of suggestions for dungeoneering.

The only thing is: I don't think this would make the dungeoneering less boring.

I would love to see a change to that aswel.

Like some other suggested more and stronger bosses at 99 dungeoneerimg.

Where you have to use 3 styles of combat.(this have been suggested by another player)

Would be cool to see these bosses at the large floor option(after 99 dung). And see those bosses drop a 1:5000 for all the primal weapons/gear.

This way it get less boring and youl be able to grind some primals on a very low rate.

🙂 I love to see what other think we should do with dungeoneeeing

You can get 1million points in no time, not a fan of this idea tbh, and chao saying it should be even lower is silly lol

if you average 6k points per run, you would need 1667 laps to achieve 1 million points. if you say one boss takes around 30 seconds (which is extremely fast)  it will take 14 hours for one gamble. lets say we go for the average 1/40 it would take you more than 400 hours to get one primal. i dont see the point of it being easy?.

It definitely doesn’t take 1667 laps for 1million points

excuse me its a factor 10 lower. 167 laps thus aproximately 2 hours. which would be too fast imo. however with 1 to 40 it would mean to get a weapon it will take 60 to 80 hours. im trying to start to discussion because i want to know why your against it.

I get that getting points is a grind sort of? but i think the point of being able to get primals should be a really good grind, because its so worth it, instead of just gambling for luck. just my opinion.

Also if this was something that would be implemented into the game the rates should we way higher than 1/40, thats extremely low

If you want it to be even harder to get, sure why not?

@Jordanhowlong does it get for a avg player to get 1 million points?

Do i think the grind is worth it of you get 1 random primal for 50-100hours of the same boring dungeoneering as it is today?

Hell no to me, but hey thats just my opinion.

i dont think primals are a way better upgrade than chaotics. Primals do more damage il agree.

But chaotics are more accurate.

i agree it should be a very hard and long grind.

if we would add primals as a drop from bosses at rates simulair to kq 1/1500, it will be much faster. around 13 hours of full on grind should get you atleast one drop. personally i like a combination of grinding and luck. would like to see other players opinions on it?.

This would be interesting to do, after you get some of the stuff from dungeoneering that you want: Rapier/Longsword, Crossbow, lamps.... what's left for your points you grind out after that, or event the people who just bypass buying those weapons in general (would be a waste for them not to at least try one of them out). The whole gambling scene has gained some traction from what I hear, at least this way its another "gimmick" to get people to grind out points and try their luck at getting something cool as oppose to going to the boss to try I suppose.

(if you wanna ignore my drug induced ramblings) I agree with this
