Just a couple of suggestions, don't punt the coolers in your block too close because it can have a bad effect on other parts. The most efficient way to put them is the ladder system. Also, you don't mention that it will be your hard drive model. Since of crypto mining explosion, today is hard to find a good cheap hard drive. I recommend you to look at transcending HDD since drives from this brand have a very common function, so it will simplify the data recovery process if you lose some important data in the future.
