Screenshots, if possible: I know this is not a screenshot but i found it more eaiser to show it via a video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wmrzbOzJ37g Detailed Explaination: In the quest "Cook's Assistant" you are required to give Dr Harlow a ring called Exalted silver ring but since i can't interact with him i can't get anywhere in the quest.
