Another banger of an update brought to you by our good lads @Xenith, @Iso , and the generous people within the community who help QC these updates. We've added a few new creatures to the game (and a pet!!), reworked and reconfigured enchanting & crafting bolts, javelins, the Dragon crossbow, and a ton more changes and additions. We're just scratching the surface of this massive update, check out what else we've got going on in this one! Hydrophix Dragons We'd like for you to meet our new Slayer monster, the Hydrophix Dragon. You're able to kill these off or on (Elite) task, requiring a Slayer level of 90, you can find these strange draconical creatures within the Karamja Volcano Resource Dungeon. These mystical dragons will have the opportunity of dropping Dragon limbs and an all new Magic offhand item. The Book of the Dead - A high tier magic book slightly below the General Grisis' Tome. We have plans for imbuing it in the future, but we want to tie it into future content Rune Dragons Another additional Slayer monster that requires 81 Slayer to defeat, these can also be killed off or on (Hard) task. You'll be able to find these metal dragons within the Brimhaven Resource Dungeon. These have the chance of dropping Dragon Limbs as well as Dragon platebody pieces. Fletching & Ranged Updates ‣ Added Dragon bolt crafting and ALL Dragon bolt tip crafting with appropriate EXP and Level requirements. ‣ Added Dragon tipped bolt Enchanting by using the Enchant Crossbow Bolt spell via Onyx bolt enchant. It will prioritize normal bolts (if in your inventory) but will also handle Dragon bolt type variants. ‣ Added and fixed Enchanted Dragon bolt specials/passives (Opal through Dragon). ‣ All Dragon bolts are excluded from the Unlimited Ammo Perk. ‣ Added Javelin shaft crafting to all logs, similar to arrow shaft crafting. ‣ Added Javelin crafting from Bronze to Dragon with appropriate EXP and Level requirements. https://imgur.com/p94gfQo Crossbow & Bolt Special Changes ‣ Updated how bolt specs function, decreasing the base chance from 1/19 > 1/13. Due to the fact that Crossbows in general are feeling somewhat lackluster in comparison to our other Ranged options. ‣ Chaotic Crossbow spec chance has been increased due to these changes, 1/8 > 1/9 ‣ Armadyl Crossbow has received a unique mechanical buff, much like the swift fury of an Armadyl Godsword, the ACB now attacks 1 tick faster and has a 50% chance on hit to increase the bolt spec chance from 1/13 > 1/6. Other Changes/Fixes & Additions ‣ Added passive venom application to TSOTD & filterable chat message. ‣ Added Durability to TSOTD, 11k charges maximum like other Zulrah items. ‣ Updated the Tanner NPC so it will tan all unnoted hides instead of just a few at a time. ‣ Updated Void bone blessing, you can now bless up to 28 without having to click them individually, also added an animation. ‣ Cleaned up some item announcements, added Staff of the dead. ‣ Fixed Zulrah taking damage on Green phase from Ranged attacks and Blue phase from Magic attacks. ‣ Removed debug messages from Lizardman Shaman combat. ‣ Fixed T2 Elysian Spirit shield passive. ‣ Fixed Fiery Divine Spirit shield passive. ‣ Fixed Twisted Ornament kits to work with Ancestral robes. ‣ Fixed brawler's aura to be in line with Sharpshooter/Runic Accuracy. ♡ Final Words ♡ Thank you all for reading, we're getting better and more consistent with these updates, I hope you all can enjoy them as much as we do making them come to fruition. 1) You were misinformed, misguided and trying to say something is correct when it was clearly not, even after you told me to "Look it up". I showed & read you the wiki regarding the spell, and yet you continued to run your mouth, even in my Discord DM's. 2) I SHOULD of given you a warning but, in the heat of the moment - I impulsively muted you out of resentment by your tone, attitude, and your ego. Never once have I gotten as heated as I did today towards another player, ever. And I'd like to apologize to you for that and own up to the mistake I made today. It was a senseless argument and nothing of importance was gained from it. Aside from Glacors dumb & need a rework of sorts, or a more efficient method for them. 3) I suggest you manage your ego a little better and not assume things are correct when they truly aren't. Even if they happen to be correct at the time when you were actively playing. Do your research before you start spewing nonsense. I've put in a ton of effort over the past few months as Admin - even as Event Manager to help make this server the best it can be, and I think I'm doing a good job at succeeding in that regard, thanks. Mute lifted.

Small sneaky patch coming in! With the help of the legendary @Iso and other members of the community, the Citadel and more content has been shown a proper loving.. And I really mean it! A long with some minor drop table changes, a few new additions and bug fixes, I think everyone here is going to be insanely PUMPED about this one. Check out what's been added!! Raids Fixes & Additions ‣ Scavengers now require a Slayer level of 92 to kill. ‣ Removed ability to place a Cannon within CoX. ‣ Fixed barriers within Olm, player shouldn't be able to run/clip into the hand(s). ‣ Fixed issue where points were not being cleared after restarting a raid. ‣ Added GIM & UIM banking locations (UIM bank functions like the banker at DG). Skilling Changes & Additions ‣ Complete ";;tele citadel" overhaul - added LOADS of content, GO CHECK IT OUT! ‣ You now have the ability to craft Ganodermic armor with the required materials. ‣ Added Tree Spirit - drops various axes & seeds, found within the Citadel. ‣ Added the drop rate of Effigies to various mobs across the game & the ability to use them for sweet EXP! PvM Changes & Additions ‣ More Dragon's drop table buffs (Vorkath/Frost/Steel/Iron/Blue/Red/Black) ‣ Cave bugs/slimes now drop Dorgeshuun crossbow a long with Bone bolts. ‣ Suqah's now have the ability of dropping Moonclan & Lunar armor. ‣ Reduced Kalphite Queen's respawn time by 50%. ‣ Small Lizard Shaman drop table changes for a more balanced experience. ‣ Noted most of Nex's drop table & added a 1/1 Coin drop to the table. ‣ Cerberus common item drop table buffed. ‣ Added more mob spawns to miscellaneous locations throughout the game. ‣ Added Staff of the dead to K'ril Tsutsaroth drop table (1/320) & the ability to craft the Toxic Staff of the dead by using a Magic fang the staff. ‣ Added the ability to craft Imbued God capes, the bosses can be found wandering in these locations.. Beware; Item Changes & Misc. Fixes ‣ Female characters & item models fixed for HUNDREDS of items, please be sure to tell how much you love @Isoevery time you see him. ‣ Item Examine value adjustments (high level seeds, onyx's, basilisk jaw, etc). ‣ Cleaned up some chat filtering when toggled to filtered while doing certain activities throughout the game (successful cooks, extra shots, etc). ♡ Final Words ♡ Thank you all for reading & a huge thank you to ISO ONCE AGAIN, for doing god's work with all those item model fixes. Hey everyone! Long time no see, righhhhtt?? I know, I've missed this just as much as everyone else has, I'm SURE. But boooyo me, do we have A LOT to go over.. First and foremost, I'd like to give myself this opportunity to say a massive thank you to @Lationand the rest of the community within Ely to have trusted me and allowed me to be Ely's 4th ever Administrator! To keep it short and sweet, it's an honor to get to play this game with likeminded individuals with similar interests, and get to baby sit you all just about everyday . Nonetheless, I'm fortunate enough to be in a position as a 'player' to make subtle, yet much needed changes and adjustments that the vast majority of the community, and myself think is necessary in order for Ely to maintain relevancy and it's overall fun atmosphere. I hope I can truly be a voice for the average player when it comes to adding and creating content for the game. Anyways, I'm glad to be here & I love you all! Now that's over, let's get into the actual meat and potato's.. Shall we? So a little TL;DR (too long didn't read) of the main updates, February to Present Day; ‣ Revamped CoX Drop Table & added/adjusted drop rates + fixed Vanguard point farming + refined/patched bugs within CoX. ‣ Karambwans & Purple sweets no longer reset your attack timers. ‣ Fixed Rune pouch unlimited runes bug. ‣ Introduced 2FA security measures. ‣ Adjusted Olm's PvM Point reward. ‣ Added Twisted bow passive. ‣ Magic accuracy changes. Present day, this is what @Xenith, @Mattand I (mostly Xenith & Matt, as I can barely read and write, let alone code), have been working on for the greater part of a few weeks. Just little tweaks us and a few players of the game thought might be in need of a little love.. Our plan this patch was to go in and find things that were lacking in either content, usability, or non functional things in general that we have access to in-game, but rewards are lackluster & unfulfilling. Alongside that and a few other things, we've added a new feature of acquiring Skilling coffers as well as Clue scrolls from participating in certain Skilling activities, huge thanks to @Isofor the stellar idea! Check out what else we've updated this patch so far: Drop Table Changes The following drop tables have been updated because they all felt really lackluster for where you are at in the game when you are getting these for slayer tasks. ‣ Mithril Dragons ‣ Steel Dragons ‣ Iron Dragons ‣ The entire Living Rock Cavern ‣ Aquanites ‣ Suqah’s ‣ Experiments Barrows Reward Buffs Added the following items to the barrows drop table to make it more enticing. ‣ Karambwan ‣ Hard/Elite Clues ‣ Mid/High tier coffers ‣ Coffer Key ‣ Amulet of the Damned Skilling Changes You can now receive Skiller’s coffers and any clue rarity from various skilling activities. ‣ Mining ‣ Woodcutting (no Ivy) ‣ Fishing ‣ Thieving (Pickpockets and Stalls) ‣ Hunter (Catching flying things; butterflies and implings) ‣ Agility (By completing a course) Karambwan Fishing In addition to adding these to various drop tables across the game in small quantities you can now catch raw karambwan through big net fishing and cook them like any normal food. Added Farming Outfit (Obtainable through Skilling coffers) ‣ Each piece gives 1% XP & 1% extra harvests, set bonus is an additional 1% to both. Added Carpenters Outfit (Obtainable through Skilling coffers) ‣ Each piece gives 1% XP bonus, set bonus is an additional 2%. Bugs, Fixes & Stat Adjustments ‣ Adjusted stats + added Ranged Str to Sagittarian shortbow + longbow (SB - ranged attack 75 > 90 + 50 Str) (LB - ranged attack 158 > 95 + 55 str) ‣ Adjusted stats of t1/t2 Anguish necklace (t2 = 41 ranged attack > 66, 16 ranged str > 37) , (t1 = 35 ranged attack > 60, 10 ranged str > 33) ‣ Nerfed Heavy ballista + D javs (max hit 50 > 45 - tbow max hit 54) (ranged attack 80 > 60) (str 90 > 75) (dragon jav str 135 > 120) ‣ Adjusted stats of Dragon hunter crossbow (ranged attack 120 > 244 ) (str 30 > 84) (t3 ccb max - 32 | dhcb - 44) ‣ Adjusted stats of Hexhunter bow (ranged attack 77 > 84 + str 75 > 85) + added passive. ‣ Fixed being unable to deposit all if your bank had more than 972 items in it ‣ Adjusted stats of Elder maul + fixed stance & attack animation. ‣ Added ranged strength to darts within the Toxic blowpipe. ‣ Fixed bug where you wouldn't get a gravestone within Monster Carnage minigame. ‣ Fixed CoX 1 loot rolls, you now roll 3 unless it's a unique drop (Tbow, Kodai, etc). ‣ Loot from CoX no longer disappears if inventory is full. ‣ Twisted bow now consumes arrows. ‣ REMOVED Dominion Tower cutscenes. ‣ Magic secateurs & Greenfinger aura variants now work properly. ‣ Added 200/2000 damage cap to Grae & increased caps at Nex + Wildy wyrm from 100/1000 > 150/1500. (Ruby E's excluded). ‣ Reduced Commander Zilyana's stats slightly, her damage was WAY too much. ♡ Final Words ♡ Again, an absolute monster of a thank you to @Xenithfor going the extra mile this patch. Man's doing GODS work. This is just the beginning.. We've got some more exciting updates coming out in the next coming weeks, which will be even more QoL, more additions to Slayer & Slayer monsters! +1 for strap-on. Nah but seriously though, yeah - I'd personally love more of the '3a' type overrides, white and black just go together so well imho. No doubt more will be added in the future - it's a really simple concept to design.

There might be an interger overflow with the values. Could be fixed I assume, but @Mattwould have to look into it. On a huge side note, you're a fucking mad man.

Prayer scrolls will be used to unlock the turmoil equivalent(s) in the near future. As far as the Dark Relic goes, this will likely be replaced with Twisted Horns (Slayer helm upgrade). -

Would be a nifty feature however, I don't think it'll be possible from a coding standpoint - although I could be completely wrong. Use this setting if you already don't have it selected already; it'll allow you to spam titan/familiar specs (don't forget your summoning flasks :D). For this, sometimes if your character is standing diagonally from whatever you're attacking - the familiar WILL auto retaliate. It's just a bit buggy and hard to position your char sometimes.
