Then why not assign roles, so only Mods+ can reply/close any threads created within the appeal/report section, since mods+ are the only ones that can lift mutes, bans so forth and give bans etc(I know ss can give mutes but cant lift, so no point in letting them handle appeals(No offense.) This way you don't have random users replying with nonsense. Forums/websites in general, have the option to select a minority group for having the privilege to reply in certain sections. It should be a tick option if not, vBulletin® They have an online manual that can also be used to help.

Clan Chat: So I was testing clan chat, and I created one, when to clan camp and got the Vex, cape, and went into clan settings, when I went to edit the emblems that are shown on the vex/cape it only allows you to edit the symbol on the bottom of the cape, which would be on the right side of the vex flap, the opposite side of the vex/cape can not be edited because when you click (Top) to edit the top emblem, it edits the bottom when you click the (Bottom) to edit the bottom one it also edits the bottom emblem. Also noticed once you are in your own clan, you log out, log back in you are no longer in the clan chat, the clan still exists but no way for you to get back in unless you join as a guest(even if you are the one who created the clan) you can not join back into it as the owner of the clan, and the vex/cape you had are no longer customized they are returned back to their original models/colors.

Considering the player base is not exactly large, some items from minigames for example the Runecrafting robes, Hat, top, legs, gloves - Hat had a right click option when worn to toggle the spectacles on the eyes or on the hat these are the robes I am speaking of http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Runecrafter_robes These robes were a shop item from the minigame The Great Orb Project very fun minigame that no one plays anymore :,( Adding these robes would be a neat feature due to their unique look and maybe even add custom benefits to the robe pieces and an overall benefit for wearing a complete robe set(Same color) for use when runecrafting for example, allowing players to make more runes from an essence/pure, giving more xp etc.. Could also add the Master Runecrafter set, also from The Great Orb Project - http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Master_runecrafter_robes And give them better benefits than the regular runecrafting robes. Add in Talisman staff's to the shop also, and as stated above can have the wicked staffs also and the robes so forth in the shop also, http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Talisman_staff with the talisman staff possibly make it so, when worn you gain more xp/runes for crafting said rune whilst wearing the same staff, example Instead of crafting 1 of earth runes, and getting 100 xp wear the earth talisman staff, and craft 10 earth runes, 1k xp(Not saying these are the actual xp drops for an earth rune just using this as an example.)

Ingame Username: Retired PVP Description of bug: When you login, typically it saves your account details into the user:pass and you can just login, ive noticed though, every so often you load the client and your PW gets copied into the username so, if you got long username, no big issue but if you got user like, Jak1 - username, cuck - password then ur client loads and you spam click enter to insta login, now your making an account "Jak1cuck" with password cuck, so if someones playing secret service watching home like a hawk don't help username appears over players heads so boom hawk eye be like "what an odd name." and you piece it together hawk man, logs out logs into Jak1, PW cuck, gg ur shit bro. Username (ingame): Jake S Suggestion (provide all details possible): - Being able to Toggle money pouch when in the trade screen of a shop, player trade window etc, to see how much you have, so you do not have to close out to toggle your pouch then go back in. - Make it so your inventory does not close every time you leave a shop, rather annoying having to open your inventory time and time again every time you close a shop just to check what else you need. - When you go to talk to an NPC, even if your run is active and you get basically right next to said NPC, and the NPC starts walking your character begins to slowly walk behind it until it stops. Same thing occurs when attacking an NPC. - When your doing an action such as Fishing, Crafting, Fletching and say for example you right click "Examine" a rock sitting in the water, or a tree blowing in the make believe wind, and you stop performing what ever action it is that you are doing, and it should not do that. Why (explain what this will benefit, and how): Explained after each descriptive sentence. ------------------ EDIT: Shift left click - enables place holder for the item you want to have a place in. It would be nice so when interfaces open in chat box, you can not click through the interface and end up moving and closing out.
