Hi, This is a small suggestion regarding ways to add an extra incentive to voting for the server. A community based goal of total votes cast to allow free well activations - Example below of how this would work Let's say in a 1 week period from Monday to Sunday, as a community we have to vote daily to contribute to the goal. 100 times - This would allow a free activation of the Well of Goodwill at Tier 1 200 times - This would allow a free activation of the Well of Goodwill at Tier 2 300 times - This would allow a free activation of the Well of Goodwill at Tier 3 Each player could in theory vote 98 times in a 7 day period, so the above numbers can be changed accordingly to take into account the current active player base. Only votes which have awarded the player with a voting ticket will count towards the goal (7 votes in a 12 hour time period). The goal would be cumulative, so once the first goal has been reached we get a Tier 1 Well and then continue voting daily to reach the next goal. This would be a weekly reset activity so if a goal isn't met before the end of Sunday, it would reset and start fresh again on Monday. Additionally once all goals have been met, it will reset on Monday as usual. Players will be able to contribute as normal with GP/Items for extra tiers after a free T1 or T2 has been activated. Ideally this would need to be an automatic system, however an Admin+ manually activating the Well could be a solution. Lastly, the main purpose of the well remains unchanged. Players will still be able to activate all 3 tiers as normal regardless of the freebies. This is just an added system to reward the community as a whole. Let me know your thoughts and any ideas that could help improve this suggestion. Thanks, Goddess

Support for this change to be made. Not sure on the specifics of why it wasn't made available to ironmen after the rework, perhaps something to do with the competition but that's over now.
-
Support for adding the rest of the missing set items to the Infernal Mages drop table. As for the coloured variants, I would be in favour of getting these in circulation somehow. Potentially not through an NPC drop but as a reward for doing something else.
-
Have you tried changing the colour of your text in the chatbox? This works for both Fixed & Resizable modes, try finding a colour that works for you.

Hi, Hill Giants require a Slayer level of 10 to attack but they can be given to the player as their very first task on 'easy tasks'. Please fix so new players such as this guy ^ do not have this issue.
-
Support for this. I think it would be more beneficial to make it unlockable for everyone. This could tie in nicely with a donor benefits overhaul.
-
No support. Use Spotify, Pandora, YouTube or whatever else. We do not need this.

This looks EPIC to be honest, really great work putting this together @Will (and whoever else assisted). An idea like this is fantastic, I would sure love to be the guy who thought of it!

Pretty sure we still have it, Lation normally finds the Top 3 voters in-game and gives them their rewards. Top Voter (#1) gets a Top Monthly Voter adding to their discord as well.

This is a simple but effective contribution, thank you. Also, very nice to showcase your signatures.

This is what some people could currently like to use, they think it looks 'super cool' perhaps. Picture 1 - Sunglasses equipped in the aura slot to look 'super cool' while wearing pernix and using the ammo slot. Picture 2 - No ammo is able to be equipped because the sunnies are now equipped in the ammo slot. No more looking 'super cool' during combat. ------------------------------------ Picture 1 - Wings equipped in the aura slot to look 'super cool' while wearing pernix and using the ammo slot. Picture 2 - No ammo is able to be equipped because the wings are now equipped in the ammo slot. No more looking 'super cool' during combat. DISCLAIMER - I removed the aura equipment slot only for simplicity, these pictures are merely to show the effect of moving wings or sunnies to the ammo slot. ------------------------------------ The aura slot is the only neutral slot which does not effect another aspect of gameplay, hence why these items are assigned to that equipment slot. The only LOGICAL place to move them would be Wings to the CAPE slot and Sunnies to the HELMET slot. The reason they weren't put in those slots to begin with is so that they could be worn in ALL aspects of gameplay.
-
I haven't mentioned them being needed specifically for combat. I'm talking about if their equipment slot is changed it can have a knock-on effect. If you re-read my above post I clarify all this. You're making this suggestion to have the ability to wear the wings while you wear sunnies. Since you're mentioning the ammo slot, I'm merely suggesting why/how making that change can have a knock-on effect to others as CURRENTLY sunnies OR wings can be worn while not sacrificing the ammo slot or any other combat related equipment slot - meaning some players might be wearing them because they look cool while they're doing combat. Players do choose to wear cosmetics in all aspects of the game, so do you see why changing equipment slots can cause a hinderance. In my opinion, the sunnies should be in the helmet slot and the wings should be in the cape slot to begin with. The reason they're in the Aura slot is so that can worn in all aspects of gameplay.

Allow me to rephrase the point I was trying to address in my original post. So the above is the suggestion at hand. Let's say we move the wings to the cape slot - he then has to forfeit the cape from his outfit. Let's say we move the sunnies to the helmet slot - he then has to forfeit the partyhat from his outfit. This is why he suggests the ammo slot, as it would be a free slot and accommodate his outfit the best. Now, let's say we move one of them to the ammo slot - great he's now happy and can wear the wings and sunnies at the same time. Hold up though... someone else was enjoying wearing the wings or sunnies for added fashionscape while they were in combat using ranged with ammo - now they can't wear them as they take up the ammo slot. Then they make a thread asking why the wings/sunnies were changed to the ammo slot and we end up with a catch-22. Do you see the point I'm making here? If we make this change, other players might then have to sacrifice a part of their outfit/style.
-
The whole point of the argument I made is that we can't change the way items are equipped just so they suit your INDIVIDUAL needs. We'd have to do that for everyone whenever they asked for something to be changed into a different slot.
-
A counter argument to this would be that other players might want to wear wings/sunnies while they're in combat using Ranged with ammo equipped... but hey they now can't because you're asking for these items to be moved to that ammo slot. We can't change things based on your own personal preferences of fashionscape. These items are best suited to the slots they're currently in. No support.

Excellent overhaul of this guide, very detailed with information. A great improvement, good work @Kari

Brilliant set of fixes and updates. Thanks for the hard work.

Hi, This isn't a bug but more of a quick fix and a change of coordinates. Can the rock highlighted with the red outline be made accessible to mine please? Quick solution would be to move the Loom & Coal deposit 1 tile away.

Hi, When double-double clicking Zulrah Scales, the second double click action will bring up a teleport option to Monster Carnage minigame. First gif shows double-double clicking Zulrah Scales in inventory. https://gyazo.com/dba8b48ee252451c4c13959a2b311936 Second gif shows attempting to add Zulrah Scales to the Toxic Trident twice in a row. https://gyazo.com/badbbc8d619e23b6ecd8c45be9a9939c It appears to be every second action with the scales will bring up the teleport to Monster Carnage as the exact same action can be performed using the Blowpipe instead of the Toxic Trident.

Amazing quest to playthrough, I had the absolute privilege of experiencing it in the beta stages. Thanks for the video guide, will be helpful to many.

If you type ::tele t in-game, you can reach the outer ring where the NPCs are. You can find a full list of teleports by opening the dev console and typing 'teles', this will bring up a full list. Alternatively you can open the world map teleport interface and find many teleports this way. (Including 'The Abyss' under the skilling tab) Topic locked as a solution has been provided.

Support for SOF to be disabled for Ironmen until a sufficient rework is carried out to the SOF rewards OR a different SOF Prize wheel is made for Irons.
-
For future reference this will happen with most if not all OSRS specific items. They do not function correctly with the Grand Exchange system.
