First & foremost, some bug fixes & changes: 1. Black Ibis Skilling outfit has been fixed. Previously, only the Top & Bottoms gave a bonus. Which was a 5% XP boost for Thieving. - Now Black Ibis top, bottom, boots & gloves will give a 2.5% XP Boost per item, for a total of a 10% XP Boost with the set. 2. The Fishing Outfit has received the same treatment. Had the same issue, which has been resolved the same way as above. 3. Dungeoneering NPC will now only repair Chaotics; no longer any Barrow or Nex items. - These items (Barrows, Nex gear) must be repaired at Bob at home in the Fishing Shop. 4. God Bows will now work with normal arrows! 5. Enchanting Bolts now added to chat filter. 6. Hunting Snowy Knights & Black Warlocks now added to chat filter. 7. The bonfire dialogue has been limited. 8. Cannons can no longer be placed at Queen Black Dragon. For quite some time, player's (Donators) have been reporting that the Antifire Donor Perk is not functioning properly at QBD. We would like to reiterate that the Antifire Donor Perk, is only the regular Antifire; not Super Antifire. This perk is not intended to block QBD fire entirely, as you can read from the Wiki itself: Content Updates & Changes: New Shops have been added to spend Tokkul in! We've added three new Shops that accept Tokkul! An Armor Shop, Ore & Gem shop and a Rune Shop! These shops & the items therein, will be expanded over time. At the moment as it stands, it is a sort of beta test. We are testing to see how obtainable these items are via Tokkul, etc. INTRODUCING: Vote Tickets! We are extremely excited to bring you new tradable Vote Tickets! The introducing of this tickets have replaced our previous "Points" system. For every vote you place, you now receive 1 Vote Ticket in place of 1 Point. With these tickets, you can "Claim" 1 for 10 minutes of 50% Bonus XP Boost. You can also use these points to purchase items from the Vote Shop. Claim, trade, or spend - these new tickets offer a new incentive to vote for your favorite RSPS! New Pet obtainable by Voting! Welcome "Ely Imp!" Now available for 400 Vote Tickets, you can run around showing your support for the greatest; Ely! New "Graetoriax the Unbroken" Location Our favorite Boss, created by Splash, now has a new home! Big thanks to Luke for creating a new & very fitting home for our beloved Graetoriax the Unbroken! Last but not least; the NEW Exclusive's Shop! We created a new Shop in our Donor Store with items that are limited in quantity! With this Shop, from time to time you will see items come & go. That's because these items that are listed for sale are going to be released with only a limited quantity. Our first introducing of this shop brings in the "Demonstrand" Armor set. This is a cosmetic addition that can be "used" on an existing armor set, such as Graetorian Armor, to give the cosmetic override but adds the stats from that armor to it! Welcome to Patch Notes XXVIII (#28, noobs). We have a lot of exciting things to announce here today! A wide range of new content, features, & some bug fixes of course. With the entire Ely team now getting settled into their new positions and everyone filling their spots nicely, we're working like a finely-tuned machine. Expect great things. Without anymore nonsense blabbering, let's get into this week's update.. First & foremost, some bug fixes & changes: A number of items have been re-made tradable again such as: Be sure to keep reporting items that are not tradable that should be, this may not be all. ALSO: Added Desert Lizards to their respective spot: Mudskipper Point now spawns Mogres. 1HP Cave Horrors have been replaced their with proper NPC's. Royal Crossbow has been given a base value of 1M GP. Graceful Body bug corrected. Completionist Cape & T now require max level in all skills to wear (oops). Christmas Mystery Box's "very rare" table (Sleigh, Scythe, etc) has been given an adjustment upwards to increase the chances of hitting those. Santa Costume Top has been fixed. Donor System (Unlockables) has been REVAMPED Completely Since the beginning of Ely, our Donor System & it's perk's were reliant upon purchasing Unlockables for mostly basic RS content. Over the course of time I've discussed multiple times eventually re-vamping it and considered removing them completely. Today now marks the day that has finally been accomplished. We have removed the Unlockables from requiring to be purchased separately. When you become a Donor now, as small as the Guthix ($5) Donor you now receive access to all this content automatically in the Donor Zone. No longer will you have to purchase an Unlockable to fish Rocktails. The moment you become a Donor to Ely, you receive access to this in DZ. As well as all the others such as: Loom Crafting, Warlock Hunting, Gold Mineral Mining, etc. What happens if I already purchased one or more of these Unlockables? Good question, and we addressed this. Every account that has purchased these Unlockables will see an EPoint refund automatically credited to their account upon login. If you purchased Rocktail Fishing & all 3 levels of Runespan, your account will be credited every EPoint you spent to acquire them and you may re-use those points in the shop for whatever you please! Runespan is now free for everyone to use! Runespan is now open for anyone to use as an alternative training method for Runecrafting, NOT only Donors! You can see & teleport to Runespan via Wizard Distentor located right nearby the home bank. See below: Introducing: Presets We have brought the ability to create & save presets to Ely! This is such an amazing feature & will make playing Ely even that much more exciting. To get started, I'm going to explain how to properly use this system & how it works.. The Preset Manager interface will be found in your Squeal of Fortune Tab, shown below: Once there, you will be presented with your one & only default preset (cannot be deleted). From here, is where you can edit your default preset, or create new ones. Creating a new preset is very simple & straightforward. To do this, click on the "Configure Presets" button. You will be presented with a new slew of options in your chat box, shown below: To create a new one, click on "Save Preset" then "Save as new preset." Doing so will save whatever items that are currently equipped as well as any items in your inventory. So you could, per-say; equip a gear load-out & fill your inventory with whatever brews or other equipment you may need to do something such as PvMing / Bossing a particular boss and save it as a "Corp" load-out. And at any time you are going to head to Corp, all you have to do now is click the finger icon and your character will be suited up. Keep in mind: when switching presets, or loading one, you cannot have any items on your character or inventory. Be sure to bank everything! The preset's can be fully customized. For example you can change the preset icon to anything you'd like by clicking "Change Icon Item." You can set a description like I have in the image above such as, "Corp" by clicking "Change Description." These presets can get even more interesting than just this. You also have the ability to create unique presets that also save custom levels. To do so, when creating a new preset, click on the "Set Level" option. This will present you with a new menu in your chat box to adjust levels in skills such as: Attack, Strength, Defense, Prayer, Magic, Summoning, etc. Keep in mind: Using the Set Level option will NOT grant you any combat XP while using a preset with custom levels set! Once done setting your levels for whatever purpose (maybe a Pure preset?) just click the "Configure Presets" button in the SOF tab to return to the previous menu. From there you can simply click "Save Preset" and choose between saving this as a new preset, or update the current one & you're done! If you have a preset with custom levels saved, you will notice this change by visiting the skills tab, shown below: To return your skills (or setup) back to normal, just click the default preset option. Evil Santa Boss Following the completion of the Christmas Catastrophe quest, you will gain constant access to this Boss. As stated above, Evil Santa is an AFK Boss with lots of HP & a max hit of 1! This is a great place to relax, hangout & group-AFK-Bossing while gaining a shot at some of the exclusive Christmas items we've introduced! Also, there is guaranteed loot for ALL player's who damage the boss during the kill! Don't sleep on Evil Santa! He is dropping some extremely-exclusive, super-duper rare loots! (Multi-logging at this Boss is a bannable offense) Exclusive only to the Evil Santa Boss, one among many, the Anti-Santa Hat! The Christmas Mystery Box This Christmas Mystery Box gives you a very LIKELY shot at bunch of exclusive, limited-time-only items! This box will only be available for purchase in the Donor Shop(s) for approximately 30 days from now! It is being listed at 100EP per Box. This box includes a MUCH higher "Very Rare" table drop rate! Ely fam, got a few new changes I'd like to announce on our Forums! 1st & foremost you may notice the new "Welcome back, User" Panel! This Panel displays tons of useful & interesting information as well as includes the Latest News in the bottom left! Secondly, the Top 5 Stats panel for the entire Forum! In this panel you can see the newest Member's, Top Posters, & more! A nice spot to check out whats hot & going on in the Ely Forums. Third, Profile Hovering! When hovering your mouse over a username you will be given a hovering panel that displays tons of info! Information regarding that user & some links such as "Add as Friend", "Private Message", and so on. Fourth, an addition to our "Thanking" system! Previously you could only "Thank" a user for their Thread/submission; whatever it may be. It is now expanded with options such as: Like, Dislike & Thanks! At the top right of every tread will be a box displaying the current Likes/Dislikes & Thanks for that Thread. In addition, all Likes/Dislikes & Thanks received & given are now displayed on profile information. WARNING: When "Disliking" a user's submission, IT WILL remove reputation points from that user, so be fair! Last, but not least; addition to our "Currently Active Users" section. At the very bottom of our Forums you can see who was active recently, and how many Member's & Guest's were online. We've expanded this with information displaying who's currently online to include who exactly that is. The Currently Online list will now display all Active Users (right now) as well as Staff online separately! We hope you enjoy the new Forum updates & please let me know what you think! :)

An extremely exciting announcement coming from the Ely Team today.. a partnership. This partnership welcomes the DogeScape team into Ely. Matt (the Owner & Dev of Doge), Luke (another Owner of Doge) and Splash (a third and final Owner of Doge). Why? What? As many of you are aware, I am the Owner (and half-ass Developer at times) of Ely and Matt was our terrifically-skilled Developer. This question has come to Matt and I's attention recently; why are we working on two separate projects simultaneously? Running two projects requires a lot of time & dedication. There will be mishaps & overlook's occasionally. So we asked why in theory run two "mediocre" server's instead of one great one? After long discussions and ironing out of the kinks, we've come to a final decision. DogeScape (it's Owner's & Player's) will in a sense, merge into Ely. Sorry to say, we are not getting the drive-able cars, tanks or mini-guns. However; what we are receiving is immensely more spectacular. The Team at Ely is expanding dramatically. What does this mean for you? The team at Ely expanding means most importantly; a much greater server, with more content & updates daily. As a lot of you are aware, the OSRS Content has been in development for some time, and we've made immeasurable progress. With the Team expanding, this means more people working to provide more high-quality content; faster. This means more people covering more areas of Ely which has proved quite difficult for one or two people alone. It means faster service & help to our player's, as well as previously mentioned; updates & a lot more. What Roles will everyone fill & what's changing? Myself; I will still be the Owner & trolling you in-game & Discord. Matt, will now be an official Owner of Ely as well as remaining our Main Developer. Splash will be filling the role of Content Creator & Developer. Luke as well will be filling a role of Content Creator & Developer. These are the only changes you will see which are immensely beneficial to our player's. As a Team our main goal & focus is to bring Ely to new heights and provide the best possible RSPS-experience today. What about the player's on DogeScape? The loyal player's of DogeScape will have their experience & skills from DogeScape calculated into Ely's experience rates and receive them accordingly. As far as their banks go, there isn't much we can do in that area considering the huge difference in economies on the two Server's. However we are offering the DogeScape player's a handful of "Welcome" Mystery Box's & a few Super Mystery Box's to suffice. What about the player's on Ely? You have nothing to fear, this means nothing short of greatness & opportunity for you & the player's of DogeScape. You are a vital part of this server; the life blood, per say. Our player's and the one's that have Donated have allowed Ely to reach heights we could not have done without you. With this partnership, you can expect great updates & an overall shift upward for Ely going forward. You are a growing part of this terrific server & it's community. When will this & the changes be effective? Right now. This post signifies the start of this partnership. With all that said, I'd like now to welcome these two new individuals to Ely's Team! If I understand it correctly it would reset the skill back to 0, or level 1. However not subtracting any XP gained from yourself on the HiScores. So in theory could have 50B XP.

Yeah it allows someone to Prestige their entire account, or focus on the few skills they enjoy doing. Receiving points in the process & getting some rewards to be determined.
