1. Well of Goodwill should exclude iron bois, feels wrong having it benefiting irons. 2. Vote rewards, other than SMBs, are completely fine imo, unless you feel like removing the darts from patrons' ironman accounts. TBH not too bothered by SMBs either if they are "locked" between criteria like being maxed etc., at that point the benefit from them is pretty much diminishing.

I wouldn't mind seeing Kyle make a return, however I wasn't there to experience his past actions. A year is basically forever in RSPS time, so without knowing his exact actions I'd say he has served his punishment. Besides, he has shown his commitment to the server, or at least the source, by still sticking around a year after being banned. If he hasn't changed his behaviour, account deletion sounds like a fair choice.
