Not realistic to make every cosmetic variation of an item upgradeable.

When this happens a console error is reported usually. I try and fix the logged errors as much as possible.

Yes they must be unnoted and given to him in multiple trips.

May consider expanding further in the future as a benefit. But for now I was able to increase bank space up to 1000.
