In Zarpor there was an iteration of the dz completely contained within this building at lunars. Had magic tree, rocktail fishing, thieving, and some other stuff. I think having a smaller DZ would be beneficial because the close proximity promotes people chillin and stuff, current DZ the few things people go there for are kinda spread out and you just end up afking doing your own thing. +1 to all the suggestions but just throwing this one out there, could fit everything we want within 2 floors and have a nice lil community spot.

So yeah, it has been like a year since I updated this and 2 years since my last 200m. But I've been playing for a solid 2 days now so, huge. Bored af rn so I figured I'd update this a bit. Still using up the supplies from 200m hunter. Goal is to use all the mahogany planks and all my cash to work on construction. I don't think I have enough to hit 200m but it should get me a decent way there. Might work on thieving after that? Not sure yet. Wanna use the gems after I finish thieving so, we'll see.
