Hey, the whole point of the fishing guild on Ely is the convenient way to fish rocktails without having to do it at lrc and being attacked and having to run to a bank all the time. Getting 99 is not exactly hard. The way I see it, the fishing guild is a place where you can chill and fish for rocktails until you're 200m or if you just need them for pvm. No need to make everything super easy, don't like the 99 req? Go to lrc.1 point
