  4. Given the successful addition of the Harpie Bug Swarm and Killerwatts teleports, I'm suggesting adding similar teleports for the Desert and Jungle Strykewyrms. These are both commonly asked questions that could benefit from individual teleports such ::tele jungle and ::tele desert. Edit - Currently ::tele ice is set to the Asgarnian Ice Dungeon, although this can also be achieved with ::tele dung, so setting ::tele ice to Ice Strykewyrms would then cover all zones. Edit v2 - ::tele watch for watchtower, preferably on the ground outside the tower for clues

  5. Kraken Guide About the boss Kraken is a level 291 Boss that requires you have Kraken as a Slayer task in order to defeat him. Kraken Can be Found on Boss slayer tasks which require you to have 90 Slayer to access. Kraken is very weak to Magic, even though it uses Magic as its attack style. It is highly resistant to Ranged and immune to Melee, due to the fact that it cannot be reached by Melee attacks. Due to these mechanics, Magic is the only way to kill the Kraken effectively. How to get to Kraken To get to Kraken type Kraken does have an instance which can be used if someone is doing the boss as this area is not instanced. The instance costs 500k for regular players and 100k for ironmen. Gear and Inventory Kraken is weak to Magic so you want to use your best offensive magic gear. Below is an example of high and mid tier gear that can be used to defeat Kraken. High tier Storm of Armadyl High tier Barrage Mid Tier Barrage In your inventory you want an overload and prayer renewal then Saradomin Brews and super restores followed by a few rocktails for combo food then your runes as shown below dependant on the setup you have chosen. You will also want to be on the ancients spellbook and regular prayers so that you can activate the prayers below. The Boss Fight Once you have Kraken assigned as a boss task teleport to Kraken to begin the fight. once there autocast blood barrage and pray mage and activate Augury and your runic accuracy aura then attack the four outer whirlpools shown in the picture below to until each of the four tentacles have spawned then attack the big whirlpool in the middle to summon Kraken. Kraken can hit up to 300s with his magic attack through prayer so keep your hitpoints high at all times. The Lootations Kraken drops trident of the seas which is a very good Magic weapon and drops Kraken tentacle which can be used on a whip to make a Abyssal Tentacle whip which is a stronger version of the whip. Kraken also has various other drops as shown below. Video Demonstration Below is a video of me demonstrating how to kill Kraken as explained above. bandicam 2020-05-11 13-49-00-952.mp4 Hope you enjoyed my first ever guide good luck on your drops. please let me know in the comments what you think of it I'm very open to feedback and any advice that could help me in future guides I make.

  7. This definitely is a touchy subject for some. We have the PKer's who are doing their thing, which is of-course, heading to the wilderness and engaging in Player vs Player combat, and if successful, they walk away with the opponents agility tickets, resulting in them making some sort of profit, depending on how many tickets the other person was carrying at the time. Then we have the Skiller's, who, once again are at the Wilderness Course for the sole purpose of gathering exp as fast as they can to move onto the next best option, which for agility would be the advanced courses. With being a skiller myself, I personally feel the frustration that other skiller's feel, when they are minding their own business trying to get some fast exp so they can level up then get the hell out of the wilderness, come across someone who is solely there to interrupt your training method and instantly kill you, (because half the time you enter with nothing other than the Agile Set if you have it). But with this comes the RISK. We are ALL prompted with a message when we click on the agility wilderness cause which states "If you proceed further, other players can attack you". We then all click proceed / enter wilderness knowing that, if we do come across said pk'er we are likely to lose our tickets that we have gathered. I definitely support the fact that some form of time period or other means necessary should be added (so players can't use the tickets before they are killed) as we accepted the fact that we have entered the wilderness. It's fair game, and if we have the chance to use the tickets before the pk'er has killed us, this just feels like an unfair advantage. Because also, we wouldn't be able to run from level 50 to level 20 wilderness to teleport out of there fast enough either, so we should either face the fact that the pk'er won that fight or take the loss and lose our tickets at the same time. Support +1 for some sort of timer to be added once combat has started.

  9. so far ive openend 114 skilling boxes and i found some things that could be changed imo. 1. currently the runecrafter set achieved form the skilling boxes is untradeable. however the blacksmith is tradeable. i would suggest to make em both tradeable. 2. when i get frost dragon bones they are untradeable and wont stack with my other frost bones in my bank. 3. i get alot of magic seeds, i would lower the drop rate of them. 4. blacksmith gown for a strange reason ive only seen 1 ingame. in the 114 boxes i got 3 blacksmith helms, 2 runecrafter hats, 3 robe tops, and 2 skirts but still no blacksmith gown maybe the droprate is of? or im just unlucky :(.

  10. 100% support from me. There's no issue with skillers because It's the wilderness ffs.. claim your tickets as soon as you see a white dot. You shouldn't be half-arsing your training in a dangerous zone anyway.

  12. Very nice guide! An alternative to Blood Barrage would be using Ice Barrage, as that freezes Kraken and lets you get a few free hits in.

  16. Definitely sucks seeing Vegemite step down from his Support Staff role as it was nice to be able to have some form of staff member on during the Oceanic Time Period as other staff were often offline during this time. Definitely wish Vegemite all the best for his future endeavors. As for the update in staff, I definitely want to give Owl (@kutanaga) a huge congrats. He's definitely helped me out a lot since I started my journey here at Ely. As for @z e l d a and @Will - I haven't really had much to do with either of you and I think this is mainly due to timezone restrictions, but I wish you all the best in your journey forward as Support as-well. Hope all 3 of you fulfill the requirements for this role to the best of your abilities and wish you all good-luck on potentially working towards yet another promotion further down the line.

  20. Absolutely support. I thought the whole point of the Pet Manager was so that it could be used for storing them, reducing the need to have them in the bank.

  23. What I am suggesting today is a multitude of updates revolved around Diango (Donator Store) at home listed below: Changing His Name: Most of us are now aware that Diango isn't called Diango; but is actually listed as the Donator Store in the bank. While this is fine for us, pointing newer players in his direction can be confusing as they run circles around home trying to find him. A simple name change would fix that. Collect Items Menu Change/Price Change: Most commonly used to collect items instead of being used as a Donator Store, Diango's prices are either low to non-existent. For this, an adjustment to the price for an additional gold sink for players to actually claim their items back would be beneficial depending on the value of the item (10% buy-back potentially). Alternatively, switch the options round to make claiming items back 1 clickable instead of having to right click multiple times to redeem multiple items. Additional Untradables to Diango: As of right now, the vast majority of items can be placed in Diango for secondary storage. This is a valuable feature not only for regular players trying to empty their banks; but also as a place where UIM's could store items. A lot of the untradable Castle Wars items and Battle Royale items currently can not be stored in Diango's services; meaning you would have to drop hours of work if you want the additional bank space. A list of the untradables that I have currently found unable to go into Diango's storage are as follows: Halloween Items (Zombie Head, Bone Brooch). Castle Wars Tickets. Miscellaneous Pets (Sneakerpepper Spawn, Greyhound Puppy etc - Don't go to Pet Manager either). Investigator's Gear. Battle Royale emblems. Castle Wars Armour, Swords or Shields. Faithful Shield. Castle Wars Capes. Mysterious Emblems.

  24. jordan said it, this is a waste of effort. if anything you're just being a dick and delaying the player from moving on from the wilderness course. it's a decent size gap from wilderness to advanced course and the only way i could see this being fair is if the reward for completing a lap were greater than 1 ticket.
